Here’s one of the few projects I’ve been working on to help take my mind of things over the past month – episode 2 of a new series of videos I’m doing over on Youtube in which I look back at 40-year-old issues of Commodore User, Zzap! 64 and Commodore Format, playing the games featured in each issue that I own and played growing up.
To be honest, I didn’t think I’d be up to finishing it, since I started putting it together before Mum passed, but I was determined to get it completed, even if only a small handful of people see it.
This month, I look back at issue 36 of Commodore User from September 1986.
It’s all just a bit of nostalgic fun, so don’t expect a top-notch production—just plenty of nostalgic memories, some classic games, and some questionable voiceover work!
On the Commodore 64, I look at Miami Vice, Infiltrator, Beyond the Forbidden Forest, and Split Personalities.
On the Commodore 16 and Plus 4, I take an extended look at Anco’s Winter Events.
